  • My order is damaged. What should I do?

    For custom-made products

    We’ll do everything we can to help you quickly and correctly!

    Take clear photos of the damaged parts including the corresponding labels, and contact us at aftersales@maatkastenonline.be. We’ll make sure to find an appropriate solution.

    For standard (non-custom) products

    For standard products that are not custom-made (such as baskets, coat racks, trouser racks, and other accessories), the legal right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days applies.

    Step 1: Request your return via aftersales@maatkastenonline.be within 14 days after delivery.

    Step 2: You’ll receive a confirmation and, within 3 working days, we’ll send you a return label by email.

    Step 3: Drop off your parcel at a bpost point within 14 days.

    Step 4: Once we’ve received your return, we’ll send a replacement package to you.

  • My order is missing a part, what should I do?

    Contact us at aftersales@maatkastenonline.be and we’ll make sure the missing part is sent your way as quickly as possible!

  • Can I return my custom-made wardrobe?

    At Maatkasten Online, all wardrobes are made entirely to measure according to the customer’s specifications. For these goods, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
    Therefore, returns or cancellations are not possible.

  • Is it possible to exchange a boutique product (non-custom made)?

    Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible.
    The fastest way to receive your desired item is to register your return in your account within 14 days after delivery.
    Send back the item you don’t want and place a new order for the correct product.

  • How do I register a return for boutique products (non-custom)?

    For standard products that are not custom-made (such as baskets, coat racks, trouser racks, and other accessories), the legal right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days applies. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and returned at your own expense.

    Step-by-step:

    Step 1: Request your return via aftersales@maatkastenonline.beaftersales@maatkastenonline.be within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Step 2: We will confirm your request, and within 3 working days you’ll receive a return label by email.

    Step 3: Drop off your parcel within 14 days at a bpost point.

    Conditions:

    • Only available for Belgium & the Netherlands
    • Your parcel may not exceed 10 kg
    • Maximum parcel dimensions: width 45 cm, height 30 cm
    • Return cost Belgium: €12.50 per parcel – Netherlands: €15 per parcel

    Step 4: Once we’ve received the package (unused, in original condition), we will process your refund within 5 working days.

    If we have not received the product and no proof of return has been provided, we are entitled to withhold the refund until such proof is available.

    Please note: the following items cannot be returned:

    Gift cards or vouchers
