When will the measurement expert contact me after submitting the request?
The measurement expert will contact you within 10 working days after your request. The exact time and date of the appointment will depend on when it suits both you and the expert. Usually, this process is quite fast. 😊

Does the space need to be ready for measurement?
Yes! The space must be ready for measurement before the expert can visit. This ensures our expert can take accurate measurements for your future cabinets.
If the space isn't ready yet, you can still request the measurement service. Just note in the comments section at the end of the request that the measurement service will be needed at a later time.

On which days does a measurement expert visit?
Our experts visit on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Will my measurement service be refunded upon ordering?
No. Our online prices for wardrobes are already incredibly competitive, and we strive to offer you the best possible value. The measurement service is an extra perk we provide to make it even easier for you to place your order and to help you make the perfect choice. We want you to feel confident when ordering, knowing that everything has been precisely measured!

Is the cost of the measurement service per wardrobe or per measurement?
The cost of the measurement service is charged per measurement, not per wardrobe. For a fixed fee of €89 including VAT (or €99 including VAT for the Netherlands), we will visit you to measure all the wardrobes you want in one go. This ensures that everything is perfectly measured without any additional costs per individual wardrobe. You can then order the wardrobes in different stages.

Do all the measured wardrobes need to be ordered at once afterward?
No, that's not necessary at all! After the measurement expert has visited your home, all the measured wardrobes will be neatly added to your account. You can then take your time and decide when to place your order at your own pace. Whether you want to proceed right away or take your time to make your decision, the measured data will remain available to you for up to 2 years after the measurement. 😊

Can I cancel my ordered measurement service?
If you wish to cancel the ordered measurement service and the cancellation occurs within 3 business days prior to the scheduled measurement, we reserve the right to charge a fixed compensation amounting to 75% of the individual price of the measurement service. In case the cancellation is attributable to us, you, acting solely in the capacity of a consumer, will be entitled to equivalent fixed compensation, except in cases of force majeure.
If you wish to change the scheduled time or date of the ordered measurement service, and this change occurs within 3 business days prior to the scheduled measurement, we reserve the right to charge a fixed compensation amounting to 25% of the individual price of the measurement service.
