• How do I customise the measurement expert design?

  When the measurement expert has added your cabinets to your account, you will automatically receive an e-mail. This link takes you straight to your measured cabinets.

  1. Go to your account and choose 'my saved bespoke cupboards'.
  2. Click on the edit option
  3. Go back through the steps by clicking on the arrow at the bottom
  4. Adjust the design where necessary.

  Note: We do not recommend changing dimensions that the measurement expert has entered for you.

• How long do I have to wait after the surveyor has measured my cabinets?

  Of course, he will try to do this as quickly as possible, but this will be added within 5 working days at the latest.

• I receive a warning message when I want to edit my cabinet stating that it is at my own risk.

  The surveyor ensures that all the dimensions of your project are correctly processed in the configuration. The settings of the filler panels and/or the remarks added to them are also important so that nothing is overlooked. If this is modified and/or deleted, the design may not be executed according to the situation as we measured it. However, it is perfectly possible to change the colors, handles, and layouts.

• Is the surveyor's design lost if I edit it?

  No, if you edit the design, a new design will always be added to your saved cabinets. The surveyor's design can never be overwritten. So you can safely make changes. Just make sure that the dimensions and remarks from the surveyor are not changed or deleted.
