• Why do you not have a showroom?

  We prefer to bring our showroom to your home through our measuring service! An expert will visit you at home with advice and lots of samples. Alongside this, you can also request free colour samples. This means we do not need to invest in a shop or showroom, and we can continue to be the best value provider of top-quality, bespoke furniture.

  Nevertheless, if you would still like to meet us, why not pass by for a chat at a trade fair, such as Bis or Batibouw.

• How do I order my bespoke furniture?

  It's easy using our online configuration tool! Design your dream cabinet in 3D, choose your preferred delivery date and simply order it online.
  We’ll send you a production drawing so that you can go over everything in detail again.

  Good to go? Then we’ll produce your bespoke furniture, and we’ll send it out to you quickly! Our clear assembly instructions make it easy to install.

• How do I request a quotation?

  When you design your perfect cabinet or wardrobe in the configuration tool, you will see the corresponding price right away. The price is calculated in real time using the sizes, layouts, colours and handles you choose. It means you don’t need to wait for a quotation!

  What if you can’t find exactly what you are looking for in the configuration tool? Email a sketch of your dream cabinet or wardrobe with your preferred layout and dimensions to info@maatkastenonline.be. We’ll be pleased to look at how we can provide you with further help!

• Where can I find my invoice?

  You can view your invoice in your account under 'Orders'. For the invoice related to your measurement service, please go to the 'Measurement Service' section of your account. If you have any questions about your invoice or cannot find it, feel free to send an email to info@maatkastenonline.be.

• Can I just order doors?

  Absolutely! For every custom closed wardrobe you purchased from us, you can easily order new doors and infill panels later on. This way, you can effortlessly customize your wardrobe according to the latest trend colors – or based on the preferences of your housemates, of course.

  To order doors and/or new infill panels, send an email to info@maatkastenonline.be and mention the order number of your custom wardrobe. We will then provide you with a price quote for production and delivery.

  Please note: Converting an open dressing into a closed wardrobe is not a straightforward process. If you want to add doors to an open wardrobe produced by us, you can indeed order them from us. Keep in mind that these doors will not have hinge cutouts.

  If your wardrobe was not produced by us, unfortunately, it is not possible to order doors from us

• Can I order additional panels?

  Certainly! When you order a custom wardrobe from us, you have the option to add extra individual panels, shelves, or a shelf unit to your order. These will be meticulously finished at the edges, tailored to your specific preferences.

  You can choose to have these delivered simultaneously with your main order:
  Specify the extra panels you want to add in the comments section during your order, and don't forget to include any specifications such as dimensions, thickness, and color.

  Alternatively, you can order them separately afterward: If you wish to order additional panels after the initial purchase, please send an email to info@maatkastenonline.be. We will then provide you with a price quote for the production and delivery of the extra items.

  Note: If you have never ordered a custom wardrobe from us before, unfortunately, it is not possible to order individual panels.

• Can I order a desk top?

  Yes. If you order a bespoke cabinet from us, you can certainly order a desk top or worktop as well. 

  Send an e-mail to info@maatkastenonline.be to do so and we will be happy to help you calculate the price and easily order online.

  Please note: If you have never ordered a made-to-measure cupboard from us before, it is unfortunately not possible to order a separate desk top.

  Additional information:

  Our standard tops are 36 mm thick for extra strength and durability, and they are available in all our colours. A desk top can be up to 277 cm long and 80 cm deep, with finished sides (with straight corners). For longer desks, the top is delivered in several parts. You must provide your own fixing or reinforcement, as this depends on your unique situation.
