Our story, your custom cabinets
When Nick Van Kranenburg and Loic Van Laeken founded Maatkasten Online on 1 April 2015 (and no, that's not a joke 😉), they had one clear goal: to make custom cabinets affordable for everyone.
After all, why should custom cabinets be reserved for those who hire an interior designer? With that in mind, they built a digital platform where anyone can design their dream cabinet themselves: simply, quickly and completely customised.
What started as an online adventure grew into a real success story: twice awarded Webshop of the Year and now a team of more than 60 enthusiastic employees who give their best every day. After years of online success, we decided it was time to reach even more people and opened our first showroom in Antwerp, a place where you can see, feel and experience our wardrobes in real life.
