My order

  • How can I track my order status?

    You can do so in your account under 'orders'.

    You will, of course, also be kept informed about your order, production drawing and delivery via e-mail.

  • When can I expect to receive my production drawing?

    You will receive the production drawing of your cabinet(s) 1 to 2 weeks before delivery. Checking the production drawing is to ensure absolute certainty of your dimensions. However, we already order all the materials (such as decor and hardware) as soon as we receive your order, even before the production drawing is approved. This allows us to guarantee the delivery time of your cabinet(s).

  • Where can I find my invoice?

    You can find your invoice in your account under 'Orders'. For the invoice of your measurement service, you can go to the 'Measurement Service' section of your account. If you have any questions about your invoice or cannot find it, please send an email to info@maatkastenonline.be.

  • Where can I change the delivery address for my order?

    Have you already placed an order and need to change the delivery address? Please send an email to info@maatkastenonline.be. Our team will then take care of processing your address change.

  • My payment has failed, what now?

    If your payment fails, it's best to check your card's daily limit. If this still doesn't work, it's best to contact customer service and send an email to info@maatkastenonline.be.

    Once we receive your payment, we will process your order as soon as possible.

    We consider this unpaid order as canceled. If your order is still open because you have chosen SEPA transfer, you have 10 days to complete your order.
