Payment

  • How can I pay?

    We accept a variety of payment methods: Bancontact, iDEAL & QR-code, Paypal, Sepa (bank transfer), credit cards, Belfius & KBC.

  • Can I pay on delivery?

    No. You need to pay for your bespoke furniture online during the ordering process.

  • Where can I find my invoice?

    You can find your invoice in your account under 'Orders'. For the invoice of your measurement service, you can go to the 'Measurement Service' section of your account. If you have any questions about your invoice or cannot find it, please send an email to info@maatkastenonline.be.

  • My payment has failed, what now?

    If your payment fails, it's best to check your card's daily limit. If this still doesn't work, it's best to contact customer service and send an email to info@maatkastenonline.be.

    Once we receive your payment, we will process your order as soon as possible.

    We consider this unpaid order as canceled. If your order is still open because you have chosen SEPA transfer, you have 10 days to complete your order.

  • Are the prices inclusive of VAT?

    All prices listed include VAT.

    When ordering through our website, you can choose between private or business when entering your details. If you select business, you can enter the company details that should appear on the invoice. VAT is always specified on our invoices.
